No — primer is not necessary for every client. It’s best used when working with oily lashes or when additional prep is needed. Overusing primer can actually work against retention.
What does bonder do, and do I really need it?
Bonder helps cure adhesive faster, reduces fumes, improves bond flexibility, and can significantly support better retention. It’s one of my favorite “secret weapons” for helping clients achieve longer-lasting lash sets.
